What Microdosing Mushrooms Has Taught Me

Microdosing isn’t about getting high. It’s about getting here.
More present. More in tune. More you.

The first thing I noticed? I wasn’t rushing through my day anymore. I was noticing again—the way the light hits the leaves, the rhythm of my breath, the way my heart feels when I slow down. The sparkles, the magic! There was more presence, more now.

Then came the emotional shifts. I wasn’t escaping my feelings—I was meeting them with softness. The waves of anxiety felt gentler. The low days didn’t pull me under the same way. It was like having more space between me and the chaos… a moment to breathe before reacting.

My mind felt clearer, too. Focus came easier. Creativity started flowing again. I’d sit down to write or plan and ideas would just come—like they were waiting for me to listen.

I started recognizing old patterns—the little habits, thoughts, or reactions that weren’t really mine anymore. And instead of spiraling, I felt empowered to choose differently. More heart, less ego. More love, less judgment.
Learning how to listen to my body and it’s needs, I stop to ask it: What you want? What you need?… With the help of my breathing and the magic of the mushrooms, I guided myself back to self-love.

One of the most beautiful parts? How connected I began to feel. To nature. To people. To myself. Microdosing gently opens a doorway… not loud or overwhelming, but subtle, sacred. You remember that you're part of something much bigger.

And in that space, healing happens. Not as a dramatic breakthrough, but as a series of quiet shifts. Like your body and spirit are realigning with what’s true.

This isn’t a magic pill. It’s a gentle ally. A mirror. A reminder. 🌿
If you’ve ever felt called to try it—do it with intention, with respect, and with love.

The medicine meets you where you are—and walks you home.
